After going to the temple we found an awsome gluten-free cafe! I was in heaven, bagels, bread, pizza, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, I wanted it all! We actually found out about the place when we went to a restaurant that served gluten free pizza and they told us this is where they get their pizza crust. It was started by a lady that found out she had celiac disease when she was pregnant and she craved certain things she couldn't eat. She put a stop to that and discovered she could make some great tasting gluten free products! If anyone reading this blog knows of anyone with celiac or gluten intolerance you can go to their website and order products online at Mariposa.com I really recommend the pizza crust! While I'm on the subject, another amazing website with the best recipes I have ever tried is eatingglutenfree.com They have all their recipes online! I can eat and enjoy it again!
