Craters of the Moon

Over Memorial Day weekend we went to Idaho to visit family. Here we are at Craters of the Moon National Monument. It was awesome. Definantly a place I would recommend going to! 

It was amazing to think that thousands of years ago there was a volcano here. It was neat to see how much lava there was.

This is a lava tube called the Indian tunnel that we went through. It was really neat to walk through and see how the whole cave was formed from lava.

Capitol Reef

This is a rappel that Jay went on.  They rappelled through Cassidy Arch.

Above is the group of friends that Jay went rappelling with.  He really wanted to take Kayla but I didn't really like the idea so we stayed behind.  He has a cousin that is very adventurous and took their son rappelling as a baby on his back.  Below is Cassidy Arch

Camping and Rappeling in Capitol Reef

Jay, Kayla and I went camping to Capitol Reef May 7-9. We had a great time. It was Kayla's first time camping and she loved it! She loved being outside. She was such a good girl. I was a little nervous with it being her first time camping but she did so well. I would take her again in a second!

Happy Mother's Day

I feel so blessed to me a Mother! I love being a mom to my baby girl. She fills my days with joy. I have loved every minute of motherhood!

Here is Kayla with her two Grandma's on Mother's Day. Grandma Crookston and Grandma Shelley. Kayla is very lucky to have both of her Grandma's living close to her. Happy Mother's Day Grandma Crookston and Shelley! We love you!!!!

Easter Dress

5 Months Old!

On April 9th I turned five months old! I'm still just a little thing. These are actually new born clothes that I am still wearing. My mom took me into the Doctor the other day and I weigh 11lbs. 7 oz.
