Moving to San Francisco

On June 13 we packed up the car and took off for San Francisco! Jay has an internship there this summer for 8 weeks at an accounting firm. We will move back to Provo the middle of August so Jay can finish up his last year at BYU in the Masters of Accounting program. If he gets the job offer in San Francisco we will most likely move back in the summer of 2010.
I was truely amazed that we fit all of our stuff in the car. Our place is not furnished so we had to bring everything we needed with us. We really didn't want to rent a traylor so we just took the essentials and made it work. The ride there was an adventure. We left on Saturday June 13 about 3:00 p.m. After merging on to I-80 out of Salt Lake we ran into bad traffic. After about 5 min we were at a dead stop. In one hour we only moved about 3 miles. We decided nuts to this and we got off on the next exit and headed for Bountiful where we stayed with my cousin and her husband. We found out there was an accident that morning that closed I-80. By the time we got there they only had one lane open. We stayed at my cousin's house until 12:00a.m. and then took off again. Jay drove until 5:00 a.m. while Kayla and I slept and then I drove so Jay could sleep. We arrived at our place around 10:00 a.m
